Advanced Class:

Join Esak, Zeb, Emily, and Garland as they share the secrets of the rare and elusive "advanced class".  Practice the traditional 84 asanas that form the foundation of the Ghosh Lineage. Since this class is being practiced in 2 hours, make sure you're warmed up before hand, as we will have to move at a fast pace. Practicing the advanced class requires intimate knowledge of the technique and sequencing. If you are not very familiar with the advanced class, you are still welcome to join if you have a very regular and dedicated yoga practice. Here you will have an opportunity to run through the sequence with some very experienced leaders.
