Capoeira is an Afro-Brazilian Martial art created by African slaves in Brazil. It combines ritual, with music, dance, acrobatics and self-defence. This workshop will be high-energy, fun, soulful and envigorating. Esak and Francisco each spent many years playing and training Capoeira with world-renound masters from Brazil.
