The Psychospiritual Nature of the Body Types An Ayurvedic healing practice + discussion
What is Ayurveda, and how can understanding of this ancient body of knowledge enhance our psycho-spiritual lives? How are the doshas, the presiding forces that protect and balance our mind-body-spirit-beings alive in each one of us? In this brief introductory level session, we'll begin with a prana meditation followed by a discussion on the Ayurvedic perspective of psychospiritual nature of the body types. We'll explore the doshas effects on the emotional, thinking body and how "emotional indigestion"
manifests. Lastly, we'll discuss what we can do to prevent and treat emotional imbalances based on the tri-doshic theory.
