Vinyasa Vimana Style: The Vimana approach to flow holds space for exploring your bodies greatest potential. Through thoughtful progression this sequence will build you from your base up. Each posture will prepare you for the next allowing you to flow with ease through your practice. You will be encouraged to work on strength techniques, or inversions throughout the class. Be ready to practice some of the challenging postures from 'The E84' as the Apex to our sequences. Please know this class is not solely rooted in the physical; so your intention or Sankalpa will play a role in the work we do together. Although this class can be considered one of the more challenging Vimana practices - don't be intimidated! Let Emily show you how to up-level, or down-level a posture so it works for you. This theraputic class is rooted in the balance of your strength, and flexibility; when you have this balance, you have found your stability which is the center of your practice.
