A slightly heated (80°) 60 minute beginner's class designed for WOMEN ONLY.
BUTI's signature movements fuse yoga, tribal dance and plyometrics; and functions as the core of our wellness approach. Derived from the Marathi word Buti meaning “the cure to something hidden or kept secret,” our goal is to guide women through movement and wellness that supports the female spirit — transforming lives from the inside-out.
FLUID YOGA® VINYASA CLASS
In this Fluid Yoga class, we will dynamically link the flowing nature of the breath with mindful, continual movement and creative sequencing. This heat-building vinyasa flow will not only increase strength and flexibility, but also train the mind to be more content and relaxed throughout the most difficult challenges on and off the mat.
Using the classical elements as inspiration, we will become grounded and refine our balance with the earth, explore flowing movement and grace in the manner of water, ignite fire within our bodies through core strengthening and detoxification, and empower the air flowing within us through breath control and mind training. All classes end with a guided savasana, to embrace our space element and rejuvenate the spirit. The ultimate goal is for students to leave class feeling peaceful, powerful and full of bliss.
RULES FOR BATTLE ASANA
The rules are basic. One yogi (player) sets a pose by doing a particular yoga pose of their choice. If the pose is not landed another player attempts to set a pose. Once a pose has been set (landed), the other player(s) must respond by doing the same pose in their first try. If they make it the game continues and switches to the other player’s turn. If they miss it, they get a letter, starting with Y, and player A continues setting the next posture. When a player has missed four postures, spelling Y-O-G-A, the battle is over and that players is out. No pose may be set more than once by the same person and a yogi defending on their last letter may receive two attempts at that pose. The last yogi standing is declared the winner.
Battlers:

SPA Yoga®: Diving into the Senses
Spa yoga is a slow-flow, floor-based, whole-body sensory experience based on Fluid Yoga sequencing. By engaging all five of the senses with soft candlelight, soothing music, aromatherapy, lots of hands-on assists and a renewed awareness of taste (and sometimes chocolate!), Spa aligns practitioners with the inner wisdom of deep relaxation. The physical practice takes time to open the body’s subtle energy and prepares students to experience new depths of awareness in an extended, guided Yoga Nidra.
Bikram Level II:
Zeb's Level II is a new way to approach your practice, taking the tradition Bikram series to the next level. The event will cover 52 postures from the traditional 84 asanas including:
Arm Balances: Peacock & Crow
Inversions: Headstand & Shoulderstand
Backbends: Pigeon & Dancer
Take your practice to the next level and test your boundaries!
