Pure Action with Jeff Chen
Limited Capacity seats available

PURE Action's mission is to connect the benefits of yoga to mainstream medicine through research and education. Formed in 2010 as a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization, we have funded several research studies that we will discuss and share with you. Several of these involve Hot Yoga, including our recent "Bikram Yoga Heart Study," which compared the benefits of heated (105 degrees) and nonheated (75 degrees) protocols. Great for teachers, studio owners, and anyone interested in why Hot Yoga works!

Beyond Asana: The Yoga of Conscious Connection with Craig Villani
Limited Capacity seats available

Yoga is the practice of presence. Hatha yoga is a traditional healing modality that utilizes the physical body as a preparatory vehicle for self-observation and potential transformation. It was developed as a practical means to understand and navigate the subtle anatomy of mind. And also to support the invention of yoga pants and green juice.

This spectacular experience will provide a transformative blueprint to evolve your physical practice and optimize the Human Operating System. Through pattern recognition and conscious connection, we will balance the wisdom of an ancient art with the most innovative discoveries of modern science to integrate body, mind, and breath.
